The Mate Leads Community is a members-only space for professionals who use Mate Leads to find customers. It sits alongside your leads and responses, and gives you a place to ask questions, share knowledge, build your reputation and connect with other businesses. This guide explains what you can do here and how each part works. Who can join The community is open to registered professionals on Mate Leads. You join automatically when you create a professional account; there is nothing extra to sign up for. Your community profile uses your Mate profile: your name, profile photo and business details. Keeping your profile complete makes it easier for other members to trust and engage with you. Your feed The main Community page shows the latest posts from members, together with pinned guides like this one. From the feed you can: Read and react to posts. Reactions show appreciation and help useful posts stand out. Comment and reply to join a discussion. Replies are threaded, so conversations stay easy to follow. Save posts and articles to read later. Find them under Saved. View a member's profile by tapping their name or photo. Creating posts Use the "Start a post" bar at the top of the feed. A good post: Has a clear purpose: a question, a tip, a lesson learned or a project you are proud of. Gives enough context for others to help, such as the type of job, the area and what you have already tried. Uses photos where they add value, for example the problem you are solving or a finished result. Make sure no customer's personal details are visible. You can edit or delete your own posts at any time. Find everything you have posted under My Posts. Articles Longer, structured pieces, such as guides, how-tos and industry insights, can be published as articles. Articles have a title, cover image and formatted text, and appear in the Articles section.
